Depending on the project, I will need access to your current marketing materials you want changed, logos, file sizes and photography/video files. If you are doing a full brand refresh, we will not need any current images or logos. We will talk in the initial phone/video call about what you want to have done.

Per hour without a retainer is $150. Per hour in the retainer is $70. Hours after initial retainer is met are $60 until the end of that month.

From start to finish, projects typically range between 5-10k. There is a three month minimum graphic design retainer for (3150) that includes 15 hours of work per month for ongoing projects. After 15 hours of work are completed in the month, additional hours can be worked at a rate of 60 per hour. Retainers are renewable after three months. For one and done projects, a rate will be quoted for the project, proposed timeline, and expected delivery dates.

Absolutely. We will work one-on-one together to get to your final design. Working in teams is also greatly encouraged if you have a business parter you are working with. We will have access to video calls, phone calls, and file sharing to make sure everyone is on the same page.

You are in a good place. Working with any designer can help you bridge the gap between your idea and making it come to life in a way that is aligned with your business goals. You never have to know exactly what you want. We will map it out together, do market research, and find the best fit and test until we do.

You start with a survey to fill out what your project is and your best contact information. Then I will reach out and schedule a time to talk to see if we are a good fit and that I can fully complete your project or if you need any other outside work done. From there we will sign a contract to make sure your information is all yours, file sharing details, pricing and get started within a few days after contract signing is all complete. Payments are made through paypal and after payment is remitted, we will start your project within 24-48 hours.

Knowing if a designer is a good fit is a mix between you liking the work in the client portfolio, then your gut instinct. Being referred is always a good sign. If you are looking to see if we are a good fit, reach out and we can have a conversation about your project and answer any questions you have. If we are not a good fit or I don't feel like I am the best person for your project, I will always let you know and refer you to another resource if I have one for you.
